Due to our previous experience in building water pumps, the following steps are to be taken:
• Look for locations where water pumps can be built and search for the neediest families in Sophy and Sreth community. This research was made by Mr. Sim Piseth, HVTO founder; Mr. Chhun Serey, community Leader; Ms. Sally O'donnel, Australian volunteer in HVTO; Mr. Danny Mack, American volunteer with HVTO.
